    • Digital Service Policy: All subscriptions provide instant access to digital betting information and selections. By subscribing, you acknowledge that the service is delivered immediately and that your statutory 14-day cooling-off period is waived upon receipt of content.

    • No Refunds: Once access to tips or members-only content has been granted, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with results, changes of mind, or failure to use the service.

    • Duplicate or Error Payments: Refunds will only be considered in cases of verified duplicate payments or technical errors resulting in an incorrect charge.

    • Subscription Renewals: It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel before the next billing date. Renewals that have been processed are non-refundable.

    • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.

    • Unauthorized Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account and future service denial.

7. Losing Month

If you joined Insider Edge Bets VIP in the first 3 days of a losing month, and have remained an active member until the end of the month, you are entitled to a refund of your first month’s membership as a gesture of good will.

This offer only applies to new members and former members who have rejoined will be excluded.

Users eligible for a refund must be able to provide:

    • Proof of payment

    • Full name

    • Email address

    • Telegram username
